Colonel David Diner
Adjunct Professor of Law
Ret. Col. David Diner served on active duty in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps from 1983 to 2013. In addition to his service in the military, Colonel Diner was dean of U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s School in Charlottesville, VA from 2010 to 2013 as well as professor, Administrative and Civil Law Department from 1993 to 1996.
Col. Diner earned a B.S. in economics in 1980 and his J.D. in 1983 from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. He earned his LL.M. in Military Law from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s School in 1993 and a M.S. degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle, PA in 2003.
