The Admissions Office determines a student’s residency status based on the information provided on the student’s application. Learn more about Pennsylvania residency requirements.
Yes. All applicants are automatically considered for Merit Scholarships, including full tuition scholarships. You may also apply for any additional Penn State Dickinson Law grant programs, such as the Public Interest Scholars grant and the Need-Based Grant program. Learn more about financial aid, grants, and scholarships.
If funds remain available, eligible transfer students may receive the Keystone Scholars Grant for their two years at Penn State Dickinson Law.
To retain the Keystone Scholars Grant, recipients must maintain their Pennsylvania residency and remain in good standing under the Honor Code and academic rules.
