Course: State and Local Taxation
The core of my practice is state and local taxation, creditors’ rights, and commercial law. I daily advise business and individual clients on a variety of Pennsylvania state and local tax issues, and appear on their behalf before administrative agencies and courts in Pennsylvania to challenge tax assessments and to pursue claims for tax refund. My career began in 1971.
My peers selected me for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in the Tax Law practice area. Best Lawyers is the guide to legal excellence in the United States. It identifies outstanding attorneys by conducting surveys in which thousands of leading lawyers confidentially evaluate their peers. Lawyers are not required or permitted to pay a fee to be included in Best Lawyers.
I have taught State and Local Taxation at the law school since spring semester 2003.
